‍Saadiyat Lagoons is one of the five major districts within Saadiyat Island, envisioned as a premier residential and leisure destination in Abu Dhabi. Located adjacent to mangroves and nature reserves, the community integrates open spaces, cultural landmarks, and sustainable infrastructure. The district includes nearly 2,500 plots, schools, clinics, and community hubs, aiming to house over 19,500 residents.

‍Project Overview
‍Lusail Plaza Towers is a key development in Qatar’s new business district. Esparlous delivered interior design and BIM management for the two 70-storey towers, home to the Qatar National Bank and Qatar Central Bank. The towers are designed by Foster + Partners and are part of a 1.1 million m² masterplan featuring smart, sustainable architecture. Our scope focused on precision detailing and full BIM coordination to support fast-track delivery.

Project Overview
‍Al Thumama Stadium, inspired by the traditional Gahfiya, combines symbolic architecture with sustainable design solutions. Built for the FIFA World Cup 2022, the stadium was planned with a legacy phase to reduce capacity and transform upper tiers into a hotel and sports clinic, ensuring long-term community use beyond the tournament.

‍Originally conceived as an office tower, the structure was redeveloped into a modern Hilton Garden Inn hotel through full architectural redesign and reconstruction. Situated in central Baku, the hotel offers 195 guest rooms, meeting facilities, and leisure spaces, serving both business and leisure travelers. The project emphasizes contemporary hospitality standards, energy efficiency, and the revitalization of a key urban site.
